Who is responsible for your data
Until HIKMAH's commercial registration is issued, the information sent through this website is processed by arbitrator Haya Bin Mugayel in her personal capacity. For any question about your data: info@hikmah-group.com or 0554335733.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the website's forms: your name, mobile number, email, the amount in dispute, your answers to the form's questions, and the type of dispute and names of the parties. We do not ask for the facts of the dispute or any documents through the website.
Why we use it
- To prepare a fee estimate and suggest the right track.
- To check for conflicts of interest before any appointment.
- To contact you about your request.
We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we share it only as described here. We process it on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
- Our form delivery provider (Web3Forms) and our email provider, so your request reaches us. Their servers may be outside Saudi Arabia.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to send your request that way.
- The other party to the dispute: if either party files for arbitration, we may share with them information about the dispute that reached us before the appointment, to keep the process neutral.
- The competent authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If your request does not become a case, we delete it within twelve months of our last contact. If it does, we keep it in the case file for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@hikmah-group.com. We will respond within a reasonable time under the Personal Data Protection Law.
