No administrative fees
You pay the tribunal's fees only, with no arbitration center fees.
A fixed fee for small claims
For disputes under SAR 200,000 that rest on documents. The fee is given on request.
Based on value and procedure
Fees depend on the amount in dispute, the number of arbitrators, and whether hearings are needed.
Agreed in writing, set installments
Two installments on the expedited track and four on the standard track, with a receipt for every payment.
